Refund and Returns Policy
Returns & Exchanges
Our policy lasts 7 days from the date of purchase. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Click Here and fill out the form to start your return/exchange process.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have all original tags attached. Please see FAQ page for additional info. Some types of items are exempt from being returned. Items such as shakers and signed posters cannot be returned.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- You will receive a refund in 5-7 working days.
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at care@bombbae.in
Markdown items & items purchased from events: Items that have been marked down or purchased from an event are non-returnable & non-refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We can exchange full priced items for a different size if you do not love the fit of your purchase. If you need to exchange an item please fill out the form on our Returns & Exchanges page.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
